Inclusive Pelvic Wellness

Pelvic Health and Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Palm Desert

Inclusive Pelvic Wellness is a solo practice, and that is the point. Dr. Sarah Hare founded it, owns it, and treats every patient in it, which is why an hour here is a genuine hour with a Doctor of Physical Therapy instead of a few minutes of attention split across a busy floor. The practice is family owned and operated. Care happens at the Palm Desert clinic on El Paseo. California is a direct access state, so you can start without a physician referral.

02Why Inclusive

Why the name says Inclusive.

It is not a value statement, it is a description of who gets treated here as a matter of routine. Pregnant and postpartum patients, who are told constantly that leakage and pain are simply part of it now. LGBTQ and transgender patients, including gender-affirming pelvic and orthopedic care from a clinician with specific advanced training in it, so you are not the one doing the explaining. Patients of any body size, treated at the size they are, with no lecture attached. And patients whose symptoms were dismissed somewhere else, who walk in braced to be doubted again. None of that is remarkable in this room. It is just how the practice works.
